Return & Exchange Policy

As a small business, Terrell Dominick is unable to accept general returns at this time. We encourage you to review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

We do, however, stand behind the items we send you. If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you under the circumstances below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so that we can review the issue. Once approved, the item may be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Measurement Discrepancies

We do our best to provide accurate measurements for our garments. If the item you receive has a significant discrepancy from the measurements listed on the product page, please contact us. Once the discrepancy is verified, the item may be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Please note that normal fit differences, personal fit preferences, or an item not fitting as expected do not qualify as a measurement discrepancy.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct item if it is still available.

If the correct item is no longer in stock, you will receive a full refund for the incorrect item.

Exchanges & Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable on exchanges. Any original shipping fees paid with your order will not be included in your store credit or exchange value.

Final Sale

Except for the circumstances outlined above, all purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Although we always try to accommodate our customers when possible, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

In some cases, we may be able to make a simple change, such as switching the color of the exact same item, as long as the replacement is available and is the same price. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@terrelldominick.com and we’ll let you know if the change can be made.

We do not accept address change requests after an order has been placed. Address changes must be processed manually and can create delivery issues. To avoid the risk of your package being sent to the wrong location, please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Terrell Dominick is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Our standard processing and shipping time is 7–14 business days unless the item is marked as a pre-order.

Pre-order items have different processing and estimated shipping timelines. The estimated ship date or processing timeframe will be listed in the product description and, in most cases, under the Pre-Order tab on the product page.

Because pre-order items are ordered specifically for the customer and may be made to order, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once your order has been placed.

Please note that all pre-order shipping dates are estimates. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control, including production delays, carrier delays, or other unexpected issues, may cause those dates to be extended. If there is a significant change to the expected timeline, we will communicate that information to you.

If you did not realize that an item was a pre-order and purchased it for a specific date or occasion, please know that we are still unable to cancel the pre-order. However, under certain circumstances, we may be able to offer a store credit toward another item. You must contact us at info@terrelldominick.com as soon as possible so we can review your request.
