How can I correct my shipping address after I place my order?

Once your order is confirmed and you receive your tracking, you can only update shipping address via UPS My Choice account

I made a mistake, how can I change my order? 

Currently we are unable to accommodate any changes to orders that's been made.

Where is my order? 

Once you place your order, please allow 7-14 business days for it to be processed. Once you receive your tracking information, please log into UPS My Choice to track your order and/or to make delivery changes. 

Why aren't you replying to my DMs regarding my order? 

Per our Purchasing Policy, social media notifications will not be considered regarding confirmed orders.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. If you receive a damaged/incorrect item, we will replace the item if it's available. In an instance it isn't available, you'll receive a store credit for the full amount paid. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email returns@terrelldominick.com or "Chat With Us" on our website with the following information:

  • Contact Name
  • Order #
  • Reason for return.
What is pre-order?

A pre-order means the item has not yet arrived at our warehouse. The product page will always display “Pre-Order” at the top along with the estimated shipping window so you know when to expect it.

How do I know if an item is a pre-order?

Look for the “Pre-Order” label on the product image and in the product description. The estimated shipping window is listed at the top of the description.

When will my pre-order ship?

Your pre-order will ship as soon as it arrives at our warehouse, within the timeframe stated on the product page. We’ll email you tracking once it’s on the way.

What happens if my order includes both pre-order and in-stock items?

By default, we ship the order together once the pre-order is in-hand. This helps us cut down on excess packaging and extra shipping, which is part of our effort to be environmentally mindful.

Can i receive my in-stock items sooner?

Yes! We can ship your in-stock items right away and send your pre-order separately once it arrives. There would be an additional shipping charge for splitting the order, and we’ll invoice you for that portion.

What if my order is only in-stock items?

In-stock items are processed and shipped promptly from our warehouse.
