Q: How can I correct my shipping address after I place my order?
A. Once your order is confirmed and you receive your tracking, you can only update shipping address via UPS My Choice account.
Q: I made a mistake, how can I change my order?
A. Currently we are unable to accommodate any changes to orders that's been made.
Q. Where is my order?
A. Once you place your order, please allow seven (7) business days for it to be processed. Once you receive your tracking information, please log into UPS My Choice to track your order and/or to make delivery changes.
Q. Why aren't you replying to my DMs regarding my order?
A. Per our Purchasing Policy, social media notifications will not be considered regarding confirmed orders.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged/incorrect item, we will replace the item if it's available. In an instance it isn't available, you'll receive a store credit for the full amount paid. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or "Chat With Us" on our website with the following information: Contact Name, Order #, and Reason for return.
