If you received an item that is defective or damaged we will replace it with the same/similar item unless the product is no longer available. If the product is no longer available we can offer you a store credit for the full amount paid. We must be notified within 5 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive a return label you have 5 business days to return your item. If it is not returned within that time frame your label will be voided and you will only be only given 75% of the purchase price (25% restocking fee)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shopping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
