ALL SALES ARE FINAL (no exchanges, refunds or credits).
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same/similar item unless the product is no longer available. If the product is no longer available we can offer you a store credit for the full amount paid. We must be notified within seven (7) days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once approved and you receive a return label, you have seven (7) days to ship your item(s) back to TD. If it is not returned within that time frame, your return will be canceled and the return label will be voided.
If you decide to return the item after the seven (7) day window, you will be required to cover shipping costs (to ship back to TD) and there will be an $11 restocking fee. In the instance of a refund, this amount will be deducted from the store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shopping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
