All products are shipped using all major carrier services. Shipping times vary based on which products you purchase.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses inputted during check out. There will be no refunds or credits issued because of address errors. In the event an item is successfully returned to us because the address inputted was incorrect the purchaser will be responsible for covering shipping cost to resend the purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once items are showing scanned into the selected carriers(USPS, UPS, FEdex or DHL’s) system you should contact them regarding arrival times, delivery status or lost items.
We highly suggest you create a UPS My Choice account to track your order and/or make delivery changes.
All preorder item(s) shipping time are listed under products and are subjected to longer wait times for processing and shipping.
Items that are NOT preorder are processed up to seven (7) business days (orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.) Orders placed after 12pm EST starts processing the next business day. Please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for your item to arrive after it is shipped.
These time frames are only estimates and we do not have control over the effectiveness of the carrier services once the item(s) leave our facility.
All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed on National Holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
